We offer our condolences and support to those mourning and recovering from the impact of residential schools.

If you are struggling or need someone to talk to, book an appointment with your family doctor or health team. You can also call, the Mental Health Helpline 1-877-303-2642 or the National Indian Residential Schools Crisis Line 1-866-925-4419. The helplines are confidential, anonymous and available 24/7.
