With five years of osteopathic training in France, additional education in posture, and experience working with infants, children, and pregnant women, Elise Masselot brings a gentle, thoughtful approach to understanding the body as a whole.

Elise's philosophy centres on listening, understanding each person's needs, and choosing techniques that support their individual goals.

And the wildest part? Most of this is happening without you even thinking about it.

The human body is pretty spectacular. A little spooky-looking under the surface... but spectacular. 😂

Some of our favourite conversations start with, "Guess what happened this week?!" 💛

A deeper latch.. A comfortable feeding.. A full night's sleep... A toddler finally pooping! 😂

These are the kinds of little wins our patients and families share with us all the time.

There's so much more to how we feel and function than a number on a pain scale. And, sometimes the things that seem small on paper are HUGE in someone's everyday life and we love getting to hear about them!! ☀️

Grateful. Thankful. Appreciative. 💛 We have all these words to express how we feel about the people in our lives, and our community gives us so many reasons to use them.

Not only do we get to show up for all of you, but you also understand and support us taking time away to be with family and enjoy life. And that means a lot to us. 💛

We'll be away October 9–18 as Dr. Dion flies out east to spend Thanksgiving with family.

Rachel will be periodically checking and responding to emails, texts, and calls while we're away!

We look forward to reconnecting when we return! ☀️

With over 180 births attended, Leanne brings a whole lot of experience (and calm!) into the birth space, supporting not only the birthing person, but their partner too.

Pregnancy, birth and postpartum can come with a whole lot of change, and you don't have to navigate all of it alone!
