Hi, we are Carrie and Rachael, mother and daughter.
4 years ago we visited the first Harmonic Egg in Canada. After our first session we felt so light, so happy, so energized, that we received the inspired idea to open a Harmonic Egg in Ottawa.
2 and a half years ago Mom sold her house, left her full osteopathy practice and moved to Ottawa to begin the hunt for a location. It only took 3 stops until we found the right spot on Carling Ave. On Jan 2 2023, we opened. People came from all over the city and outside the city to experience the Harmonic Egg. It’s been a wild ride.
Opening a new business for the first time has challenged us in so many ways, from learning all the nuances of owning a business, to becoming better partners, all while navigating these interesting times on the planet.
It’s been 2 years already, and the Harmonic Egg Ottawa community just keeps growing!
