One small reflex point that can feel incredibly relaxing 🌿

The solar plexus reflex point is traditionally used in reflexology to encourage relaxation, release tension, and help you feel calmer and more settled.

The Science Behind That “Melting” Feeling 🧠

Each foot has over 7,000 nerve endings 🦶 - all wired straight into your central nervous system. That’s not just a fun fact, it’s the whole reason reflexology works.

When specific points on the feet are stimulated, it sends your body a clear signal: it’s safe to slow down. That’s why so many clients describe the same thing mid session - shoulders drop, breathing slows, the mind goes quiet.
It’s not just relaxation. It’s your nervous system finally getting permission to reset.

Manori brings 15+ years of medical experience as a former physician, paired with certified reflexology training, so every session is backed by both science and skilled touch.

Curious what your feet have been trying to tell you? 👀
