This Friday, you can.

Come along to our Understanding Our Girls: Coffee & Connections Morning and bring all those questions about autism, ADHD, masking, school, anxiety, burnout, sensory needs, assessment or support.

Our Service Lead, Rhiann, will be there to chat and answer questions, drawing on 16 years as a school SENCO, specialist teaching experience, an MA in Autism, NASENCO and clinical training in ADOS-2, DIVA, 3Di and ACIA.

This isn't a formal seminar. It's a relaxed morning with coffee, cake, conversation and genuine support.

ADHD in girls doesn't always look like ADHD 🧠✨

So many girls are only recognised in their teens, or as adults, because their ADHD looks quiet, polite and "fine". Swipe for three signs that are easy to miss 👉

Every girl is different, and none of these signs alone means ADHD. If any of this feels familiar, we're always happy to talk it through, with no pressure. 👉 sensationalminds.co.uk

Today's a gentle reminder for every parent and carer of a neurodivergent child: looking after you is part of looking after them 💛

The forms, the meetings, the waiting, the worrying. It adds up. If you can, take ten minutes for yourself this weekend. A cup of tea, a walk, a chat with someone who gets it.
