Today, we’re raising awareness for Restart a Heart Day and highlighting the importance of learning life-saving skills that can make a real difference in our community.

At E Care, we believe that supporting our community goes beyond caring for our clients. It also means supporting their families, raising awareness, and helping everyone feel more confident in understanding cardiac arrest.

🚨 SIGNS OF A CARDIAC ARREST
❤️Sudden onset of symptoms
❤️Loss of Consciousness
❤️Become unresponsive
❤️Abnormal breathing or gasping

Our care assistants receive ongoing training in essential life-saving skills, including CPR, helping us provide safe, informed, and responsive care to those who rely on us. ❤️

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month; a time to spread awareness and show support.

🩷Speak to your GP about any unusual changes, even if they don't hurt.
🩷Attend your breast screening appointments when invited.
