Such a great time at the Mind Body Soul Experience with Crystal Johns, where I helped to support her exhibition stall and super talk on 'Stepping into your Power'. So much fun being part of such a big event at Alexandra Palace in North London - where I grew up!

I met wonderful new wellness practitioners and caught up with the high vibe exhibitors that will be exhibiting at my next Love & Light events MBS fair on Saturday 21 November at All Saints Church in Whetstone, London, N20. Also, got to do some drumming with the amazing Thedrumwoman.com and tried some belly dancing with the gorgeous Agni Trishula Dance - which I loved! ❤

Check out my comments for the link to the next MBS fair! ❤✨

Wow, Moon, Magick & Mystery - you were good to me! ❤ What a fantastic audience for my talk on 'Past life regression: wisdom beyond this lifetime' at Colchester Castle, where I shared my stories and insights working with quantum healing hypnosis technique. The audience were very interactive and asked me interesting questions - such a great energy in the room!

WOW! We did it - we SOLD OUT on our first night of the Reiki Soundbath under the moon at Colchester Castle on 17 September! What an honour to do such a beautiful ceremony in a castle nearly 1,000 years, which was built over the Temple of Claudius.

What a great energy - especially with the moon installation, by aritist, Luke Jerram. Such a rare opportunity to experience something like this. Attendees felt lighter, less stressed, more in-tune after the Reiki soundbath. It was an awe-inspiring night. Next Reiki Soundbath under the moon is also SOLD OUT on 30 October.

Watch this space for more events in the Castle!

Sooooo excited to be involved with my local community at Colchester Museums Colchester Castle! When I tell people I am from Colchester - I ALWAYS say, 'Colchester is the oldest recorded town AND we have a CASTLE!'.

Now, I will be giving talks and workshops there in their 'Moon, Magick and Mystery' expo, which ties in with Luke Jerram's moon installation. I'm honestly 'over the moon' with this!

Join me for some wonderful talks - and even a chance for you to see your future life!
