Let's talk "peak week."

And let's keep it brief.

This is a period that doesn't need to be overly complex and stressful. The work is done, and you need to keep things simple to ensure it's effective.

A year ago, it was my turn.

This year has been another great year for natural bodybuilding.
It continues to excite me and reminds me of how much this sport has provided for me.

My hobby is my job.

I don't coach because of competing.
I am a coach; I was long before bodybuilding.

I'm just fortunate to be able to combine these loves and have the trust of so many amazing people to guide them on their own journeys.

Doing what I love is a privilege.

Dan Sutcliffe
Natural Bodybuilding Worldwide Pro Show Debut

Don't just celebrate the victory.
We need to remember not to just see the size of the trophy as a win. What you present on stage is always your greatest victory.

Dan's pro debut against the largest 20+ pro lineup I've ever seen was an occasion to celebrate and a landmark that we are very proud of.
We will use this as a springboard to chase the pack down and climb back to the top.

What a look. 🙌🏼🫶🏼

Dan Sutcliffe
British Middleweight Champion 🏆 🥇
Best Wheels Award

With another British title secured and his 5th Best Wheels award in the bag, Dan wasn't knocking on the door for the DFAC_Official Pro card; he was literally kicking it down. But as the head judge alluded to earlier in the day, a lightweight (which Dan is) just doesn't seem to get the nod against the heavyweights. It was a split decision, and one that I felt went the wrong way.

That is taking nothing away from an incredible overall winner, but this is bodybuilding and we can have our own opinions.

Anyway, this was an amazing look for Dan and one we are incredibly proud of. There is never a single beat missed or stone unturned. A relentless desire to be better, and the job is not done yet.

We move.
We improve.
And we just don't bloody stop until it's done.

Ali Warner
British finals
Miss Athletic 2nd place 🥈
Ladies Bodybuilding 2nd place 🥈

Grrr. It was one of those days for Ali. Taking 2nd place in both her categories; on one hand, it's super frustrating because it was so close, but then we also have to acknowledge that it is also an amazing achievement at a British finals, and we have to appreciate how much Ali has improved over the past few years to put herself in this position.

So we are straight back to work, and we will bring even better to the DFAC_Official World finals.

Not done yet.

Liv | Strength Coach for Real Life
British finals Miss Athletic 3rd place 🥉

One goal.......
TOP 3 AT THE BRITISH & EARN AN INVITE TO WORLDS 🌎 😉

That's what every training session, every day of meal prep, and every minute of sacrifice has been leading towards.

This wasn't a dream and I'm not about manifesting. It's about real work and getting s**t done daily.
Making the off-season count so that when you are being judged, the work is there to be seen.

Next stop.. Germany and the DFAC_Official World finals 💪🏼

Kristi Marie Barker
British Finals Ladies Bodybuilding 5th place

This was not about the placing on stage.
It was purely about presenting a physique that she liked and wanted to show.

I only started helping Kristi after her qualifying show earlier this year, and in order for Kristi to make it to today's show, we had to revive her physique and bring her back to life, as she had severely over-dieted and her physique was not going to survive another show had she continued on that path. Mentally she was done, and the worst part is she did not like how she looked.

Now, the condition she took to the stage was not enough for her to challenge the top spots, but it was a physique that she was very happy with.

As a coach, I have to think about what is best for the individual, even if it isn't quite what the judges want.

Today she enjoyed her stage time.
That is more important. 👏🏻

Jade Power
British finals 3rd place 🥉 Ladies Bodybuilding.
With an invite to DFAC_Official World finals.

The judges only judge what they see on stage (rightly so), but what this lady has been dealing with while preparing for the stage this year is phenomenal. They say bodybuilding gives you structure to enable you to deal with anything, and Jade is a true example of this. But let's get back to this physique and performance. 3rd place at a British finals is outstanding regardless 👏🏻, and with that invite to Germany accepted, we are back to work to build on this performance.

Molly
British finals 2nd place 🥈 Figure.

Nothing is impossible.
Doing the finals was not the plan, but I think we agree that this was definitely meant to be.
Four years away from the stage in order to build a physique that was worthy of this category. 👀

This was an outstanding display of elegance and power that earned 2nd place at a British finals and an invite to DFAC_Official World finals 👏🏻.

You only see the physique on stage.
I see the work that goes into it.
The results speak louder than I can.

Time to grow again, lady. Always proud 🫶🏼
