The anti-ageing step you might be missing 👀

When we think about anti-ageing, it’s easy to focus solely on lines and wrinkles. But healthy, youthful-looking skin is about so much more than that.

Treatments that target muscle movement can be fantastic for softening the appearance of lines, but they don’t replace good skin health.

Hydration, collagen production, pigmentation, texture, sun protection and a consistent skincare routine all play a part in how your skin looks and, importantly, how it ages.

Think of your skin as the foundation. The better you look after it, the better your results can be long term.

So before you focus solely on preventing lines, ask yourself: are you looking after the skin itself?
