Each blend is handmade by me using carefully selected, natural herbs inspired by the goodness of Mother Nature 🍵🌿

💖The Hair, Skin & Nails mix
This blend became especially meaningful to me during my own hair journey. When I was experiencing alopecia, I made this herbal tea blend to become part of my daily wellness routine, and over time I personally saw my hair grow back. It means so much to me because of my own experience, and I continue to enjoy it to support healthy hair, skin, and nails.

🫁The Respiratory mix
I originally created this blend for my nan, who lives with COPD and asthma. She started enjoying a cup every day as part of her daily routine, and she personally feels it has made such a positive difference to her breathing and her day-to-day life. Seeing how much she enjoys it is what inspired me to share this blend with others as a comforting, soothing herbal tea.
