Hi everyone 👋

Let’s talk about doors 🚪 and the magic we create knowingly or unknowingly .💫🌈 As soon as we’re inspired an energetic starts to form.

At first it will feel that it’s not for you but the you will feel this nagging sense in our body what we think isn’t right for us starts to show up in our world but we resist it because we feel that we lack courage 🐅and confidence 🤩in going forward 🚶🏻‍♀️‍➡️because it’s some known experience.

But if we look at it this way if it wasn’t right for us would we have been inspired in the first place. Inspiration comes from our frequency 📻 or soul if you prefer.

Be brave and courageous feel into those emotions and do it anyway.

At this moment I’m feeling a little resistant in writing this post however I’m still doing it .
sometimes the time is now .
Say what you feel .🗣️
Do what you feel .
You can’t please everyone so you might as well please yourself. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hi everyone 👋

When we go into the unknown it can bring up all kinds of emotions, fears 😨that you will be judged 😮 not knowing what to say to get your needs met so we stay silent because we don’t want to face a possible adverse reaction.

Then that’s only from a past experience as an expectation what that has taught me in truth we don’t know that. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We can trust our needs need to be met what when the inner work comes in and you listen to you soul the other night nexus my soul said to me trust me and you will go further in my mind she tells me I am safe which makes me feel safe 😇and loved 🥰 and my mind feels stronger and when something didn’t work in the past use it to try another approach we can not control the choices of others however we can be accountable for our own needs.

Hi everyone 👋🏼

Let talk about oppression 😶
In our upbringing and environment can feel oppressive when our parents have certain beliefs and we think we have to go with there beliefs as children in my experience my creative play in some way was oppressed how in others ways it was chaotic.💥⚡️

I’m my teenage years I rebelled as we do as I was expressing my childhood year as a teenager my mother was ill and I was expected to look after her while my dad went to work my sister moved out and from 14 years old I took on the role of care giver I had to grow up fast however I did rebel against this but by then I was conditioned to oppression from a child as I t was playing on my own I enjoyed the most however it was directed to socialising with friends in my bedroom having dance competitions which that conditioned me to believe that friendships are competitive as I am typing this iam realising the nature of my environment even with my family structure we had to compete for love ❤️

Which lead me to believe that there wasn’t enough.

And what I have learned since my own heal journey is to to be authentic knowing there is enough for everyone and to be comfortable in my own skin .
