Today I ran the Royal Parks in London (Half Marathon).

As I ran around the park I saw so many charities Dementia UK, Parkinson’s UK, Alzheimer’s Society, Diabetes UK and MS Society. I see patients everyday that are suffering and thought maybe I can run for a good cause next year that’s close to home for my patients.

My next run will be voted by my patients. Please comment on which charity you would like me to run for in October 2027.

This year I ran for my friends daughters charity and said it’s my last charity run…. Maybe not!

I started my Foot Health journey on the 14th of April and I have been so blessed with such amazing patients in the last 4 months. Every treatment is different and I have enjoyed spending time chatting and getting to know my patients.
