A fire burns inside of me 🔥

There is a stirring, a yearning to deepen my spiritual practice, to deepen my connection with myself, with the unseen and with the wisdom of the lands beneath my feet 💚🌀🍂✨

This weekend I begin my year long Shamanic practitioner training with the gorgeous and gifted shamaness Rhonda Spence ❤️

No better time than now where we are in the season that represents deep change, shedding the old, transformation and new beginnings. A gateway where we are closest to our ancestors, where the veil between worlds is at its thinnest 🖤♥️🤍

I will emerge from this a new version of myself, that I can guarantee 🤎and with tools to support others on their journey of healing, wholeness and transformation 🔥

Exciiiited!! and sh****ng myself at the same time 🤣🤣 it ain't all gonna be love and light , it never is! We gotta embrace the darkness, witness ourselves staring back at ourselves in the mirror, face those skeletons in our closet, feel the wounds and recognise what needs to shift deep inside and it's all feckin worth it! Hand on heart ❤️

🎃🍂OCTOBER WOMENS SHAMANIC DRUMMING CIRCLE 🍂🎃

Join us for an evening of connection with like minded souls.

Arrive just as you are, with an open mind and an open heart, ready to receive what you need and to let go of what you no longer need to carry.

A little snippet of how we drum at our womens shamanic drum circles 👇🏻

We may begin following a Rhythm and beat but the purpose of shamanic drumming is to drop out of our heads into our hearts and be guided by our intuition while we find our own Rhythm. No experience or musical talent is required only an open mind and an open heart and a willingness to trust or learn to trust your own wisdom, your own Rhythm

Our womens circles don't just involve drumming, we also hold space for anything that comes up or needs to be released.

Our circles offer a space to share anything that needs to move that's been taking up space within us. How good does it feel to let go of that which weighs us down? or maybe you have some exciting news you can't wait to share. Whatever it is, the space can hold it 🙌🏻🩷

We offer a space where you can be heard without judgement, where you can arrive just as you are, no pretending to have your life together, no need to fix anything, no need to perform, no pressure, nothing expected of you

The drum is a sacred ceremonial tool that can facilitate and support that release of whatever needs to move, the drum supports us through the process of moving energy, stress, tension and emotion and expresses all that remains unsaid without the need to speak one word so there is no expectation or pressure to share either 💗✨

A truly magnificent Shamanic drumming circle celebrating Autumn Equinox this afternoon with a fantastic group of ladies.

We created Autumn leaf gratitude wall hangings 🍂 a really beautiful mindful activity. 250 leaves hand picked by me and each individual leaf, painted with acrylic sealer to preserve ( thanks to my daughter for helping! 🙏🏻❤️⭐)

We reflected on what we were grateful for, what we wished to nurture and what we were ready to release 🌀🍁

3 gorgeous, peaceful, powerful and energising rounds of drumming, amplifying our intentions and grounding us into our bodies. I fricking love this work 🌟🫶🏻

We've had some really amazing circles but I feel this one was the best to date!

Excited for our next one! Which is on Sunday 18th October btw 😘😉 details will follow in the next few days.

It's been a full on month since our pup joined our family and I've not drummed since 😱 I'm in need of a release! Some energy would be well received too 🔥 🌀
