benefits for dry needling 💆

dry needling is a great technique to target trigger points that massage just can't reach

✅ helping improve movement
✅ reduce pain
✅ improve circulation
✅aids recovery
✅reduce tension

dry needling is perfect for anyone who suffers from tightness, DOMS or just overall feeling a bit stiff so if your a runner or a desk work dry needling may be for you!

Dry needling is also used to help aid healing for certain injuries

and NO it does not hurt most people feel a quick twitch or a dull ache 💪🏼
