🌿 Aromatherapy Workshop — Create Your Own Facial Oil
Enjoy a cosy evening exploring aromatherapy and creating your own facial oil at The Holistic Shed in Starkholmes, Matlock.
Led by Laura, a qualified clinical aromatherapist, this relaxed, hands-on workshop introduces a small selection of organic essential oils and carrier oils. Discover their aromas, explore their benefits and learn how to blend them safely before creating your own facial oil to take home.
We’ll use carefully selected organic essential oils and organic carrier oils. These quality ingredients are included in your workshop price, alongside your facial oil bottle, information to take home and guidance from a qualified practitioner.
You’ll also learn simple ways to bring aromatherapy into everyday life, including supporting relaxation, comfort and wellbeing through the winter months. We’ll discuss safe use around friends and family and when particular oils may be unsuitable.
A small-group evening with time to chat, ask questions and enjoy making something for yourself. No previous experience is needed.
