Sherry Prosser
Infant, Maternal & Women's Wellbeing Specialist
Supporting babies, parents and women through key life transitions with evidence-informed, nurturing care. Welcome to Huddle & Bliss

I’m Sherry Prosser, an Infant & Maternal Wellbeing Specialist based at The Maple Tree Clinic in Northampton. My work combines nervous system regulation, bonding and attachment, developmental insight, digestion and settling support, and gentle, evidence-informed care for both mother and baby. Alongside my private practice, I also provide specialist infant wellbeing support within Residential Family Assessment Units, working closely with staff teams to strengthen parent–baby relationships in more complex circumstances. Whether you are navigating a fractious baby, birth trauma, feeding tension, digestive discomfort, or simply wanting to lay the very best foundations for your family, I’m here to help you feel calmer, more confident and deeply supported. In addition to my signature classes and workshops, I offer Half-Day and Full-Day Home Calm Sessions — restorative, unhurried in-home support that brings calm, comfort and clarity into your fourth trimester. These sessions allow me to observe your baby's natural rhythm, support you emotionally, and gently guide your baby into a more regulated, settled state. My approach is warm, no-fluff, and grounded in science. I believe that both parents and babies thrive when they feel seen, held and understood — and every part of my work reflects that. Calm • Comfort • Connection
The foundations of everything I do.

**Little pumpkins, everyday magic 🎃💚**

Wishing all our Huddle & Bliss families a happy Halloween!

Whether you’re dressing up your little pumpkin, heading out with older siblings or staying cosy at home, enjoy whatever works for your family.

There’s no pressure to squeeze a whole season of memories into one evening. A cuddle with your little one is a pretty lovely way to spend it too.

And to the parents trying to get a baby into a Halloween outfit before the next feed… may the odds be ever in your favour! 😂🎃

**We’d love to see your little pumpkins in the comments!** 👇

**Their class. Their comfort. Their pace. 💚**

Infant massage should be a positive experience, with adaptations made throughout to suit each baby.

That might mean keeping a vest or sleepsuit on, enjoying massage in a parent’s lap rather than on the mat, changing position or taking a break for a feed or cuddle.

Some young babies find being undressed unsettling. They can cool down quickly, and the change in temperature, handling and sensation can be a lot to take in. Keeping some clothing on and uncovering just one area at a time may help them feel more comfortable.

There’s no need to push through discomfort or finish every stroke. We watch, listen and adapt, giving your baby time to become familiar with the experience.

**The aim is to build positive experiences, week after week, so you can both enjoy this time together.** 💚

**Yoga can wait… this thumb needs my attention! 👍💚**

Love how this little one is taking a moment for herself during Yoga Babies.

There’s no rush to join in with every movement or song. Sometimes a pause and a familiar comfort are exactly what’s needed.

Our classes are baby-led, with time to move, explore, watch or simply enjoy being close to you. Taking a little break is all part of it.

And when you’ve found a perfectly good thumb, why rush? 🥰

**Little faces, first friendships 💚**

Social time is built into every Huddle & Bliss session, and these little ones are making the most of theirs!

Long before babies can talk, they’re discovering how to connect. Watching another baby’s face, listening to their sounds and noticing their movements all offer opportunities to explore the social world.

You might spot a lingering look, a smile, a little babble or one baby copying another. These early exchanges give babies opportunities to practise communication, with a familiar adult close by for reassurance.

Calm. Connection. Confidence.

There’s no expectation to interact. Some babies love watching quietly before joining in, while others are very keen to introduce themselves! We give them space and follow their cues.

And while the babies get acquainted, you have time to finish your latte, enjoy a conversation and connect with other parents too.

**Social time is a valued part of every session, for you and your baby.** 💚
