Always good to see an old mate

Never good when that old mate is in pain

Lloyd came in with a locked up shoulder and in a lot of pain

My job was to try and free that shoulder up to regain some movement

We managed to make a significant difference and range of motion, but pain is still present

This shows that one treatment does not fully fix all, we can improve and make things better but can’t always fix the issue

Lloyd is booked back in for a follow up session next week after his muscles recover from the massage in hopes that the treatment has spurred on the healing process

If no improvement is made after the second session, he will then be referred to a physiotherapist for further action and more in depth and detailed analysis

Joe Butterworth came in struggling with movement and pain issues in his neck and shoulders.

Struggling to move around, constant tension, and pain that was affecting his mood, I gave him some deep tissue treatment in the mid back, and the full trapezius area which was causing the blockage of movement.

After releasing the muscle tension, Joey has had a reduction in pain and has also been able to increase his ROM massively!
