💜Embracing Change for Personal Growth💜

We all go through different stages of change in our lives. Sometimes these changes can feel challenging, leaving us uncertain or struggling to understand what comes next.
Learning to embrace change and recognise the opportunities for personal growth can help us see things from a different perspective.

One crystal that, for me, symbolises self-discovery, deeper reflection and our own inner wisdom is Lemurian Quartz.
It's a beautiful crystal to work with during meditation, offering a gentle reminder to quiet the mind, focus on our intentions and approach the decisions we make with greater awareness.
Symbolically, Lemurian Quartz is associated with letting go of old patterns, embracing self-compassion and creating space for fresh perspectives.

Sometimes, embracing change isn't about having all the answers. It's about allowing ourselves the time and space to discover what feels right for us. 🔮

💚 The crystal I’ve been drawn to today is Moss Agate 💚

In times gone by, this beautiful stone was known as the “Gardener’s Talisman” and is said to refresh the soul.
Moss Agate is often associated with new beginnings, releasing blockages and protection, making it a lovely crystal to turn to when you’re looking for a little renewal and fresh energy.

Being the crystal of the day, it would have to be Pink Amethyst 🩷

Its soft pink colour reflects intuition and inner reflection, and it is often associated with letting go of emotional tension and inviting a sense of peace and relaxation.🩷
A gentle crystal that reminds us to turn inward, nurture the heart and embrace gentleness and self-compassion. ### 💜🩷💜
