Our Little Superheroes have a brand-new theme waiting for them next term - Little Superhero Alphabet Adventure 🦸🏽‍♀️🦸🏿🦸🏿‍♂️

Inspired by one of my original books, we'll be bringing the adventure into our preschool gymnastics sessions and our group activities in Flying Start Playgroup

Monday 2nd November 1.00–2.15pm

Have you recently welcomed a little one into your world?

Having a baby changes everything ... sometimes, just getting out of the house, meeting other mums and feeling part of something can make such a difference.

We have 3 complimentary places available this Monday for mums and their babies under 3 months who would like to come along and see what our Super Baby Gym Community is all about.

🌈 A warm, welcoming space to:

💜 Meet other mums and feel connected
👶 Enjoy gentle movement and sensory play
🎶 Sing familiar songs together
⭐ Spend precious time bonding with your baby
💚 Relax, chat and simply enjoy being part of a community
☕ Enjoy complimentary cold drinks, or help yourself to a warm drink with a lid when the weather turns chilly!

Tiny babies are very welcome too! Some of our movement activities are only suitable from 3 months, but there's still plenty of sensory fun, singing and connection for our youngest visitors.

No pressure. No expectations. You don't need to know anyone or have done anything like this before.

Just come as you are, with your baby. 💜
