I’ve just been over here, knee deep in prep for my Thailand retreat - follow for more Emily - heading off in one week, to explore, before meeting the whole group on Koh Lanta on 8th November 🤗😁🤪 literally cannot wait!!

Of course the beautiful Yoga and infant/baby massage teacher - Salisbury, Wiltshire will be looking after you all at The Ed Lodge Studio whilst I’m away - first two weeks of November - so get booked in to keep moving and flowing 🙏

However, first of all I have one full week at the studio with you:

Our weekend here has been spent celebrating Daisy’s 16th bday (tomorrow) plus I’m also prepping to head to Thailand in 2 weeks for some sightseeing and then yoga retreat 🙏🙏🙏
