Busy yesterday in West Cork carrying out house and land harmonisation, using dowsing, sacred geometry and shamanic energy work.

This session focused on geopathic stress.. disturbances in the land associated with underground water and geological features and working to clear and balance the space.

This work extends beyond the person to the place they live. My focus is on creating a home that feels calm, welcoming and easier to relax in, with attention to both the house and the surrounding land.

First stage of my Shiatsu training complete!

Lovely time spent in West Cork, learning more about the body through Shiatsu, acupressure and Qigong.

Shiatsu uses touch, pressure and movement to support relaxation, wellbeing and the body’s natural ability to heal. In traditional East Asian practice, it is believed that energy flows through the body along pathways known as meridians. When this energy is flowing freely, we are thought to feel more balanced; when it becomes blocked or disrupted, it may contribute to physical or emotional discomfort.

Illness is understood as an imbalance in the body, and Shiatsu aims to help rebalance the body by encouraging energy to flow properly and supporting overall harmony. We explored the meridian system and how this understanding can be applied through touch, pressure and movement. For me, this brings energy work into something very tangible: noticing where we hold tension, how we breathe and how our bodies respond to touch.

I’m looking forward to bringing this understanding into my existing healing work, helping people become more aware of their bodies and where they may be holding stress. The aim is to create space to unwind, with people often describing feeling calmer, more grounded and less tense after a treatment.

A lovely weekend in West Cork for my first weekend of Shiatsu training, meeting some lovely like minded people. It was so interesting, and I came away feeling I have so much more to learn.

What drew me to this Japanese healing modality is its focus on balance within the whole person. In its traditional approach, illness and discomfort are understood in terms of imbalance, with the aim of restoring harmony and supporting wellbeing.

That really resonates with the energy work I already do through Rahanni and sacred geometry, where balance is also central. I loved exploring this through bodywork and acupressure.

We also practised Qigong, a lovely combination of gentle movement, breathing and awareness, traditionally used to help balance the body’s energy.

Today I had the pleasure of offering healing to these two beautiful horses.

One of the things I love about working with animals is how naturally they respond. In my experience, they sense the energy straight away, and each session unfolds in its own way, guided by what I intuitively feel they need.

I sensed so much emotion today and felt a beautiful connection with both horses. It was powerful and moving, and days like this remind me how lucky I am to do work I love.

I’m offering an online activation on 30th October, open to anyone who feels drawn to raising their vibration.

What does “raising your vibration” mean? In spiritual terms, it’s about becoming more connected with love, compassion and inner peace. In everyday life, that might mean feeling more centred, responding with greater awareness and being kinder to yourself and others. It doesn’t mean being positive all the time or ignoring difficult feelings but you will be able to cope better with what life throws at you.

Connecting with sixth-dimensional energy is a spiritual way of describing a deeper connection with heart-centred awareness, intuition and a sense of connection beyond ourselves.

Rahanni has made such a difference in my own life, and I’m delighted to share this activation with you.

No previous Rahanni training is needed, just come as you are, if you feel drawn to it.

A lovely milestone to share today 💕 I’ve completed Rahanni Celestial Healing Level 3.

Rahanni has been part of my life for over ten years, and I’m so grateful to be able to share this next step. It has made such a difference in my own life and in those I’ve been privileged to work with. I can now offer the Level 3 activation to those who feel drawn to receive it, including anyone who has completed Level 1.

If you’d like to go on to offer the Level 3 activation to others yourself, you would need to complete Level 2 and the full Level 3 course.
