Have you ever seen someone wearing one of these lanyards & wondered what their “hidden disability” is? A lot of conditions cannot be seen. If everyone with a “hidden disability” wore one of these there would be so many people with them ! Conditions that affect us physically & mentally cannot always be seen but we feel them. Type 1 diabetes is one of these. It’s a 24/7 job where insulin injections or an insulin pump are needed to survive. I think it would be much easier if it was just doing the day to day work but it still progresses as the years go on, & health generally worsens. I’ve had 3 babies while managing type 1 which was definitely my biggest achievement. & the stress of having “perfect” blood sugars so a baby can survive made it very difficult for me to become pregnant (which isn’t the case for everyone with type 1 by the way, just the perfectionists like me maybe !) Having chronic conditions is hard going both physically & mentally. If you have a long term health condition & would like a bit of time to chill & reduce symptoms/ side effects , get in contact. If you book in for a course of treatments , you will receive 20% off until the end of 2026 🌼 (as per availability)

Fascinating course based on trauma, how we deal with it & how we have the ability to be 3 people to ourselves : an adult, a child & a critical parent & the importance of becoming our own adult in order to heal, repair & take responsibility

In reflexology, all our body parts can be found & felt in the feet.
If a body part / organ has been removed this too can be felt.
In this video I am working on the womb reflex, & in my feet this feels very hollow as I have had a hysterectomy.
Quite often the energy of the missing organ / body part is still present in which case it can still be felt; this was the case for me for 2 years after my surgery but now, it is obvious when touched that the womb is “missing”.
Isn’t reflexology amazing?!
If you are menopausal / peri menopausal ( or just not sure if you’re peri / menopausal)! I am specially trained in reflexology to help you

This is what I am touching during a reflexology session, all the parts of the body within the feet. This includes the physical issues that may be there as well as the emotions. For instance, the emotion of fear can be found in the kidneys, anger in the liver, grief in the lungs. I have found this so many times in clients, & the most amazing thing? After 6 sessions, a lot of the body parts feel “quiet” where reflexology has helped to balance things, & the body has settled. ( This diagram is for demo only, it is not full or exact ). Book a course of reflexology & discover the power of balance in your body & mind

Here I am using rocks to work my adrenals. The adrenal reflexes are usually prominent in people’s feet due to chronic stress, amongst other things . The adrenals In someone with autoimmune conditions are also likely to be prominent. Most people find the adrenal points quite sore during a reflexology session. Working these helps to reduce stress & move us into the parasympathetic nervous system where our bodies begin to relax & heal. This is usually accompanied by a rumbling tummy ! De stressing the entire body through gently working the body parts found in the feet is reflexology. Try it. You’ll love it !
