💕SWIM IN PINK 2026💕
We are joining the National Breast Cancer Research Institute in association with Blackrock Swimwear, and are asking as many people as possible to ‘Swim in Pink’ on Sunday October 12th at 7.30am and help raise funds and awareness for breast cancer research during October- breast cancer awareness month.

We will meet on Portmarnock beach (shelters) to ‘Dip’, ‘Swim’ or ‘Splash’ for’Swim in Pink’ on Sunday 11th October at 7.30am (the sun is expected to rise at 7.44am) and support breast cancer research. At 7.40am we will take a group pic & then brace the water together. Make sure to wear your pinkest of swimwear. Everyone is welcome to join.
Registration is just €25 with all of the monies raised going to the National Breast Cancer Research Institute. To register go to www.swiminpink.ie (link is in our bio) and you will receive a FREE ‘Swim in Pink’ swimming cap.

Join us for Pilates & Pastries on 28/6 at 07:00am on Portmarnock beach at the shelters.
Join us for mat Pilates (full body focus), treats & chats.
You will need the following for the class:
➡️comfy clothes to move in
➡️ a yoga mat 🧘‍♀️
➡️ warm drink for after ☕️
We will provide the pastries 🥐

Restore Wellness will be open from 8am for anyone who wants to warm the bones after a sea swim 🔥You can book a session via the link in bio on their page.

All out & about April 2026

A massive thank you to everyone who showed up to this mornings Pilates & Pastries as part of this years All out & about April. This class was donation based and in aid of . Donations can be made via the link in our bio. Everyone who donates will be entered into a raffle to be in with a chance to win many amazing prizes.

A massive thank you to for hosting the Pilates segment. Pilar has helped us deliver sessions for all out & about April in previous years too and we are forever grateful for her support. We hope you enjoyed the class with her.

The biggest thank you to Katie , Grahame & family for collaborating with us again for this event and for allowing us to honour April. It is always the greatest pleasure.

Aprils family will continue all out & about April with different adventures until the end of the month. Please donate / support in any way that you can. We hope lots of funds & awareness is raised for for the incredible work they do.

Join us for Pilates & Pastries for ‘All out and about April’ in aid of on 19th April at 06.30am on Portmarnock beach at the shelters.
Join us for mat Pilates class (focusing on pelvic floor connection & core stability), treats & chats. The amazing will teach the Pilates segment.
You will need the following for the class:
➡️comfy clothes to move in
➡️a pillow
➡️a yoga mat

This class will be donation based. Link for donation to be entered into raffle draw can be found in our bio. All donations will be in aid of Oscar’s kids Ireland. As always we are delighted to be able to collaborate with the amazing to host this event.
