Never lose your ability to see the magic ✨ everywhere 🌈….

✨

27/10/2026

Some mornings, my home practice is beautifully peaceful. The pets laze around, patiently waiting until I’m finished. 🐾

And then there are mornings like this one, when they’re a little more demanding! 😂

But that’s the beauty of a home practice. It’s never going to be absolutely perfect. Our environment isn’t always going to be peaceful, quiet or free from distractions.

And that’s part of the practice too. Learning to embrace what is, embody the teachings and take each moment as it comes.

The most important thing is that we actually practise.

I promise you, if you roll out your mat, I don’t think there’s ever going to be a time when you finish and think, “I really wish I hadn’t done that.”

So today, I invite you to roll out your mat. Move through a few simple postures, practise some pranayama, sit in silent meditation or simply gaze softly at a candle flame for a few moments.

It doesn’t need to be elaborate. It doesn’t need to be perfect.

Retract your energy from the chaos and create a more peaceful reality within yourself. 🌿

That’s where it begins.

Namaste 🙏💜

I trust the gifts I’ve been given and the path that’s unfolding before me. 🌱✨

Through yoga, reiki, connection and love, I hope to share a little of what has helped me grow.

Still learning, still growing, and trusting the journey. 💚

Namaste 🙏🏻

✨ I’ve finally pressed SEND! ✨

Today, I’ve officially sent out my brochure for the 2027 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training to those who were the very first to register their interest.

Firstly, I cannot thank you enough for believing in this journey before it had even fully come to life. 💜

Please check your inboxes!

I want to honour those who initially registered their interest by giving them the first opportunity to read through the training details and decide whether this is the right time for them.

Once everyone has had an opportunity to respond, I’ll begin sharing the training with the wider community.

This has been a journey of learning, planning, creating and trusting.

And one thing I’ve learned along the way is that sometimes we simply have to act from our hearts rather than waiting for our heads to have everything figured out.

Because if we wait for every doubt, fear or insecurity to disappear, we may never take that first step.

This training is something that has truly come from my heart space.

So today, I let my heart lead the way and trusted that my head would catch up.

And I pressed SEND! ❤️

With gratitude,
Liz
