🇱🇸 MOVING TOGETHER, GROWING STRONGER! 💪🏽🏃🏽‍♀️

Yesterday, the Lesotho National Olympic Committee (LNOC) joined the Lesotho Defence Force (LDF) for the Civil-Military Physical Activity event, demonstrating how sport unites people, strengthens teamwork, and builds healthier communities.

The Lesotho Women in Sport Committee (WISC) celebrates initiatives that promote physical fitness, unity, inclusion, and collaboration through sport. Together, we can break barriers, build stronger relationships, and inspire more women and girls to embrace active, healthy lifestyles.

When we move together, we grow stronger together! 💙🤍💚

Let’s keep moving, supporting one another, and using sport to build a healthier and more united Lesotho! 🇱🇸
