✨ I'm so excited to finally share this with you all! ✨

I'll be hosting my very first Reiki-infused Sound Bath and I would love for you to join me

A perfect opportunity if you feel called to set aside 90 minutes for yourself to relax, unwind and reconnect

We'll begin with a grounding meditation before shifting into a sound journey with my shamanic drum, offering therapeutic drumming to help you ground. I'll then weave in my crystal singing bowls and ocean drum, adding expansion and flow

Reiki energy will flow throughout, with each person receiving exactly what they need

We'll gently return and integrate the frequencies, with the option to pull an oracle card and spend some time journalling, all while enjoying herbal tea and light refreshments

Every piece of the session will be curated to bring your nervous system into relaxation. This is a space to feel grounded and held

There will be no hands-on Reiki during this session

Everyone is welcome. Spaces are limited to 6 people to keep the experience intimate and personal

Bring your own yoga mats, blankets and pillows for your own comfort. Extra mats and blankets will be available

I've had a lovely time visiting family in Hungary and took some time to ease back into things since returning home. I'm so ready to get back out to my cabin and offer sessions especially with the warm days ahead!

Currently making plans for a pilot offering in November which I'm excited to announce soon ✨

I have so much gratitude for my beautiful clients.

This is the reason I started offering Reiki, so I can help make meaningful difference in peoples' lives. I provide safety in the space that I hold for others allowing them to come back to their true essence, to be seen and heard fully and in turn they relax into the healing, shake loose the anxious thoughts, the negativity weighing them down and return to a state of peace and calm.

I hold the space with the gentle energy of Reiki and my clients do the work, creating the transformation within their lives. I am so honoured to be able to do this work.

I've had such a beautiful week in my cabin after taking most of July off, it simply reaffirmed that connecting with people in this capacity is what makes me happiest.

I'm taking the rest of the week off to be a part of a very special workshop, I'll share more about that another time. My access to socials during that time will be very limited so my responses will be delayed and sporadic but please get in touch if you want to book your spot for next week or always welcome to book online.

I'll be taking most of September off as well to reconnect with my family overseas, though still a few weeks before I head away and I'll be back in October with more dates ✨

Opening a few Reiki appointments in my backyard cabin next week

There's something so special about welcoming people into this peaceful space to simply slow down, soften and reconnect

Reiki is a gentle invitation for your nervous system to regulate, your mind to quieten and your body to rest. If you've been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in spiraling thoughts, or carrying more than you need to, this is your reminder that you don't have to hold it all alone

Holding space for people to find a little more calm, clarity and balance is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Thu 21st & Fri 22nd: 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 6pm

60 minute Reiki sessions are $80, incorporating Reiki energy healing, crystals, singing bowls and finished off with an oracle card reading

My Reiki sessions are incredibly beneficial for those with anxiety, overthinking and burnout. Treat yourself to a relaxing and calming session, a great way to reset your nervous system
