Some people know EXACTLY what they want to do when they leave school. Other's don't. There's no golden rule to figuring out your next steps, so if you're stuck, some of these might help. (🐈)

Had a big weekend?
Here's a wee check in to see where you're at with alcohol!
Cheers to Hello Sunday Morning for creating this!

Click through the photos to see who's won and read why!!

It's time to announce the winners of the first annual ILT awards, honouring the legends who have shown the Invercargill Community healthier ways to drink and highlighted some alternatives if we want a break or to stop altogether.

Thank you so much to every ILT Establishment that embraced and championed Try July! There could only be one winner in each category though. (Except the Mocktail judging. We had a tie with both mocktails scoring a very precise 9.1/10 across a panel of 4 judges! Wild!)

What’s Zebra Striping?

asked the team and let’s just say… we were all thinking of zebra crossings 😆

What would your guess be?

Whether it's new to you or something you've heard before, Zebra Striping is all about alternating between alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on a night out.

Who says you have to go all or nothing this weekend?

Emma’s been sampling a few zero-alcohol drinks and there are definitely some worth trying.

If you’re keen to mix things up this weekend, swap in a zero and see what you think.

One drink, one afternoon, or the whole night - it’s all up to you!
