🎉Comment BREAKFAST for my high-protein breakfast guide!

While 2 eggs are definitely a better breakfast protein-wise than avocado toast, a muffin, or cereal… It’s still only about 12g of protein.

It’s a good start.
But most women in midlife need 30g+ at breakfast to feel full, energized, and support muscle + metabolism.

Why 30g?
✔️ Build + maintain muscle (your metabolism’s best friend in midlife)
✔️ Steady energy + fewer cravings (no more 10am crash)
✔️ Better metabolism (more muscle → more calories burned at rest)

And unless you want to eat 5 eggs every morning (no thank you 🙃), you’ll want simple ways to boost your protein at breakfast.

Want my easy + delicious breakfast ideas that actually hit 30g?

Tammy decided she was done feeling stuck.

She joined my Midlife Metabolism Reset at a point when most women would have waited.

But Tammy didn’t want to keep postponing her life.

She had spent years dieting, restricting, and wondering why her midlife body just wouldn’t respond anymore.

She wasn’t looking for another quick fix.
She wanted a plan that worked with her body, not against it.

So she said yes.

She started tracking.
She learned how to hit her protein and fiber goals.
She stopped fighting her body and started fueling it.

She stayed consistent, not perfect, through real life, travel, and everyday challenges.

Fast forward to today, Tammy is down 100 pounds.

But the best part?
She feels strong, confident, and in control of her choices.

No food guilt.
No all or nothing mindset.

And me?
I used the exact same strategies to finally lose the last 5 pounds that had been hanging on for months.

Those are often the hardest to lose in midlife, and tracking, balanced macros, and prioritizing protein and fiber made all the difference.

If Tammy could lose 100 pounds and I could break through my own plateau, you can too.

This isn’t another diet.
It’s a midlife strategy that helps you understand what your body actually needs to thrive.

Inside the Midlife Metabolism Reset, you’ll get:
✅ A customized macro plan built for your body
✅ Guidance to track with confidence, no guessing, no winging it
✅ Tools to feel calm, strong, and in control around food and workouts

Fiber is one of my non-negotiables when it comes to midlife health. But I hear from so many women who start increasing their fiber and they’re suddenly feeling bloated and uncomfortable.

Here’s the thing. Sometimes it’s not the fiber itself. It’s how quickly you’re adding it, the types you’re eating, and even HOW you’re eating.

And I don’t want you to miss out on the benefits of fiber because of a little trial and error!

Especially in midlife, when getting enough fiber can make such a difference in:
✔️ Blood sugar regulation
✔️ Lowering LDL cholesterol
✔️ Gut health and regularity
✔️ Feeling satisfied after meals
✔️ Supporting a healthy weight

I aim for at least 25 grams a day, with plenty of variety and a focus on soluble fiber.

So if you’ve tried increasing your fiber and ended up feeling worse, I hope these tips help you give it another try!

And if you’re still struggling to get enough through food, my favorite fiber supplement is currently on its BIGGEST SALE OF THE YEAR!

If this doesn’t convince you to add more fiber to your diet, I’m not sure what will! 👏

Just 10 extra grams of fiber a day can make a meaningful difference in lowering your risk of heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and certain cancers.

And here’s the thing. Most women, especially in midlife, aren’t getting nearly enough fiber!

I aim for at least 25 grams a day, and often more. It’s one of my daily non-negotiables for supporting blood sugar, cholesterol, gut health, and overall longevity.

Need a little help getting more fiber into your day?
