I love making this little corner of calm feel cozy for the season.

A few pumpkins, a little ghost, and suddenly I’m emotionally attached to decorations I’ll have to pack away. 😂

But those Christmas lights are calling, so let’s play THIS or THAT:

🍎 Apple c***r or hot chocolate? ☕

This little machine warms the massage oil because y’all already deal with enough cold things.

The weather. Your spouse’s feet. The tone in that “per my last email.” 😂

You don’t need me coming at your back with a handful of refrigerated consequences.

Around here, the oil is warm, the table is cozy, and you can lie face down without anybody asking why you have an attitude.

Book the massage. Let’s get you back to where you can say “that’s fine” and almost mean it. 🤣

Y’all know I like to keep things comfortable, but a few things help me take good care of you AND keep my day running smoothly:

⏰ Please arrive on time. Your appointment has a reserved start and finish. If you’re late, we may have less time together so my next client can start on schedule.

📅 If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible. I’m a mama—I understand plans can fall apart before you’ve finished your coffee. But notice gives me a chance to offer your spot to someone else. Please don’t leave me wondering if you’re coming.

📝 Keep me updated on your health. Fill out your intake form honestly and let me know about medication changes, injuries, surgeries, or other health concerns. That information helps me care for you safely.

🗣️ Speak up during your massage. Too much pressure? Not enough? Cold? Uncomfortable? Tell me! This is your appointment, and you aren’t hurting my feelings by asking for an adjustment.

🪄 Give your body some grace. If you’ve been collecting tension since 2007, we may need more than one visit. I have trained hands, but the magic wand is apparently still on back order. 😂

Thank you for respecting my time, my business, and the clients coming in after you. I appreciate y’all more than you know!
