Not everything needs to change.

Before I think about what we might transform, I want to know what you want to keep.

Maybe it’s your length, your natural depth, the way your hair frames your face, or something that simply feels like you.

That matters in every decision I make.

Personalization isn’t about doing more. It’s knowing what to enhance, what to preserve, and what to leave untouched.

A thoughtful transformation doesn’t erase what already represents you.

It builds from it.

Marian Negrón | Hair Expert Bring me the photo. But tell me what you see in it.

Two people can show me the same inspiration and want something completely different.

Maybe you noticed the tone, the dimension, the way it frames the face—or simply the way it made you imagine yourself.

That’s what I want to understand first.

My job isn’t to copy a photo. It’s to listen, understand what you want to keep, and create something that makes sense for you.

That’s where true personalization begins.

Marian Negrón | Hair Expert The cut changes the color, too.

For me, a beautiful result starts long before choosing a formula.

It starts with understanding the hair—how it falls, how it moves, and how the shape influences the color. But it also means understanding the person: what she wants, how she wants to feel, and what she wants to bring forward in herself.

That’s why I never design color in isolation.

Technique matters. But truly seeing the person in front of you is what turns a beautiful result into something genuinely personal.

Everyone notices the red.
What they don’t see is everything it takes to keep it looking that way.

Red is one of those colors that can completely transform the way you feel about your hair—but it comes with a conversation I believe should happen before the color ever touches your hair.

How often do you wash it?
How much heat do you use?
What are you using at home?
And most importantly: are you comfortable with the maintenance?

Because when a client tells me she wants red, I’m not only thinking about how beautiful that color will look when she leaves my chair.

I’m thinking about week three. Week six. And everything that happens in between.

The washes. The heat. The products. Real life.

That doesn’t make red difficult.

It means the color has to fit the person wearing it—and the maintenance has to be part of the plan from the beginning.

After years of working with color, one thing I’ve learned is that a beautiful result isn’t only about what happens in my chair.

It’s also about what happens after you leave it.

So yes, choose the red. ❤️
Just know what your red will ask of you.

Would you still choose red if you knew exactly what it needed to stay this beautiful?
