**Even the principal needs a permission slip to pause.**

Caring for students, supporting teachers, reassuring families—the responsibility doesn’t end when the school bell rings.

Our Principal Appreciation Giveaway was created to give a little care back to the people who give so much.

Congratulations to **Heather Goodman, our winner** our school communities shared heartfelt words about the difference you make, and we’re excited to welcome you to AND WELLNESS for time dedicated to you.

No decisions. No responsibilities. Just **Permission to Pause.**

Thank you to everyone who nominated a principal and helped us celebrate these dedicated leaders.

We turned the clocks back an hour last night.

But here's a thought...

What if we stopped waiting for an extra hour to take care of ourselves?

Between work, family, responsibilities, and everything life throws our way, rest always seems to come last.

At AND WELLNESS, we believe you shouldn't have to find extra time to make yourself a priority.

Sometimes, 45 minutes of nothing being expected of you is exactly what you need.

**The clocks changed. Maybe it's time your routine did, too.**

Give yourself Permission to Pause.

…and then realize maybe you did. 😌

Consider this your sign: **Permission to Pause granted.**

In a world full of artificial everything, we must be vigilant, taking care of ourselves and loved ones. This is why we carry and sell the original light bulbs with full-spectrum light. Stop in and see if just changing a light bulb can help you focus and calm your brain.
