I am renewing my commitment to meditation like this following Dr. Joe. I did this when I first was diagnosed with blood cancer six years ago. It really helped me focus, paint my angels and feel more connected to the world as a spiritual experience.

When I was diagnosed with cancer, the second time I became almost paralyzed with fear, and PTSD from my original experience with Cancer 34 years ago because the chemo was extreme.

Every morning I started painting from 6 AM till noon at least sometimes longer and I started healing. I painted angels. Not the pretty European perfect angels, but the funny or wisdom indigenous or ethnic angels with animals that were humorous or concerned, full of love

And then I recently wrote a song that talks about this experience and put it together with my angel paintings!

Friends can buy my angel prints, phone case, shower, curtains, bags, towels, all kinds of things T-shirts on my fine art in America website! https://share.google/2lYnMSc8F29T6SUUz

Mental wellness is also part of creative wellness and this concerns me greatly because I see addiction for many children these days - art can make a difference when iPads and phones are limited
