Beginning next week! If this speaks to something within you, don’t wait. Trust that feeling and reserve your space today.

When life feels overwhelming, give yourself a moment to pause. Take a gentle breath in, then hum softly as you breathe out. Feel the vibration in your lips, face and chest. Repeat a few times, without forcing your breath, and notice how you feel.

Sometimes, a little space to soften begins with your own voice.

What if what’s resurfacing in your life isn’t pulling you backward, but inviting you to look a little deeper?

Old emotions, familiar patterns, and experiences we thought we’d moved beyond sometimes return to our awareness.

But not everything that surfaces is meant to be released. Sometimes, it’s asking to be understood.

Join me this Sunday for THE UNFOLDING — What Is Rising: The Invitation to See.

Through transformational breathwork, guided meditation, and meaningful reflection, we’ll explore what may be asking for our attention and create space for something new to unfold.

Your breath could be the missing piece!

Have you ever felt like you’re doing all the “right” things, yet still feel stuck? Like you’re carrying stress, emotions, or patterns that talking alone can’t seem to reach?

What if the answers you’re searching for aren’t in thinking more…
What if they’re waiting beneath the noise?

Breath has a remarkable way of guiding us back to ourselves. It can quiet the mind, release what the body has been holding onto, and create space for clarity, peace, and transformation.

No experience is necessary. Just a willingness to show up exactly as you are.

The Art of Manifesting

A 4-Week Breathwork Experience

Beginning Sunday, August 9

Have you ever felt like you’re doing everything “right,” yet life still isn’t unfolding the way you hoped?

You work hard.
You visualize.
You pray.
You set goals.

Yet somehow, the same fears, doubts, patterns, or circumstances continue to show up.

What if the obstacle isn’t outside of you?

What if your subconscious mind is simply trying to protect you from receiving something it doesn’t yet believe is safe?

True manifestation is about becoming emotionally, mentally, and energetically aligned with the life you’re asking for.

Over four transformational weeks, we’ll gently uncover the beliefs and stories that have been quietly shaping your reality. Through powerful breathwork journeys, guided visualization, reflection, and practical tools, you’ll begin releasing what no longer serves you and creating space for what does.

Imagine waking up each day feeling more connected to yourself.
More trusting.
More open.
More intentional.

Imagine making decisions from possibility instead of fear.

Imagine becoming the version of yourself who naturally attracts the life you’ve been dreaming about.

This is about transformation.

During this series you’ll explore:

• Releasing limiting beliefs stored beneath conscious awareness
• Regulating your nervous system to receive instead of resist
• Clarifying what you truly desire
• Healing emotional patterns that keep you feeling stuck
• Creating daily manifestation practices that support lasting change
• Learning to trust yourself, your intuition, and the unfolding of your life

No previous breathwork experience is necessary—just an open mind and a willingness to discover what’s possible.
