What an amazing turnout for our 1st Annual Trunk or Treat & Community Resource Fair!

Cook Children’s Health Plan and VIVA Pediatrics would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the vendors, community partners, and families who joined us for this special event!

Your participation and support helped make the day a wonderful success. We loved seeing our community come together for a day filled with fun, resources, and connections.

We look forward to continuing to serve our community and making next year’s event even bigger and better!

👋 Hi, I’m Jorge!
I’m happy to introduce myself as a Member Advocate with Cook Children’s Health Plan!
My role gives me the opportunity to spend time in the community and work directly with the families we serve. I enjoy sharing information about our health plan, highlighting benefits and programs members may not know about, and making sure families know where to turn when they need assistance.
You’ll often find me at community events, health fairs, and family activities throughout the area. I’m excited to meet more of our members, hear about their experiences, and continue representing Cook Children’s Health Plan in the community.

📣 The RED Bus will be at Northside Neighborhood Clinic

The RED Bus team will be available to help community members apply for emergency food benefits.
