Join We Can! Mesa County this October for fun, hands-on classes designed to help kids and families get moving, make healthy choices, and build habits that stick.

🍂 Wednesday, October 7th – Make an Exercise Plan!
Let’s get moving! Kids and families will learn about fun exercises and activities they can do together at home. No gym required—just a little creativity and a willingness to have fun! 🏃‍♂️🍁

Parents can sign their kids up for We Can! by calling Western Colorado Pediatrics at (970) 243-KIDS (5437).
