🎃💀🌹Soulshine Samhain Retreat 2026🎃💀🌹

Last year, my sister dove deep into our ancestry and discovered some Celtic magic 🪄 she created a Samhain (sow-win) celebration for my immediate family. I was blown away with her intention, and the power of the celebration that stayed with me.
I felt safe and loved, and I felt a deep sense of peace and surrender from my ancestors holding me up✨

My vision for our Samhain retreat on Lake Michigan, was to re-create this for my kula ♥️
I visioned us joining together to feel love, safety and cultivate a deep peace to return home with.

Thank you, beautiful kula, for trusting me to guide us.
We floated through gigong forms, practiced asana, pranayama, and had conversations that I will be reflecting on for weeks to come.

We practiced various forms of dhyana pausing to reflect on other translations of meditation: bhavana (cultivation) and gom (to be familiar). We combined Vedic, Chinese and Celtic wisdom and discovered the synchronous threads that tie our web together 🕸️
We listened, we laughed, we created and surrendered. (Oh, and we ate some spooky handpies!)

One kula member received 8 CEU; since Soulshine’s retreats offer in-depth wisdom and play to add tools to your RYT tool belt 🎉 Congratulations, Laurie 🎉

We culminated the weekend with a Samhain celebration with goddess and Mother Earth energy, being reminded that ancestors extend beyond our blood.
The wind and coyotes even joined in our divine circle with reminders that when we drop into a circle we become one.
