Practice…I put my oxygen mask on first so I can attempt to be of service to others with LOVE. Not sure if I’d do that on a plane however I’m realizing more and more on why I do this for over two decades. It’s out of LOVE💕💙🙏

It’s an evolution, it’s a journey, it’s always changing. It’s a dedication and there are no shortcuts.

They are confident, calm, strong and stable. That’s what yoga does and asana practice (seat comfortably held as we were reminded at the start) is this ever evolving journey into the depth of what yoga is to each one of us. A warm welcome back to on her first led back after the birth or her baby boy Sylvester. She’s already been in the shala either the baby and it’s been so sweet. I got to see dad for a practice yesterday. Takes a village and we are there for you both.

A few days ago I’m sitting at the top of limestone formation in Pamukkale and in a few days I’ll be back in the states as my whirlwind tour of Türkiye comes to and end. Heading to Istanbul tomorrow with a visit to the spice market bazaar followed by a Bosporus river cruise. Yoga practice was practical not focused on asana.

Back teaching on Friday April 11th with sessions from 6 am to 8 am and 8 am to 10 am. I hope this will accommodate many and look forward to getting back to my routine. See you soon🙏

Looked like snow? It’s limestone and it’s been a few years where the water was not flowing. The pools are back this year! Considered a special place and is a historical site now.
