Yesterday was my last day with clients at Aveala Wellness. ❤️
As I close the doors to a business that first opened in June of 2015, I've found myself reflecting on just how much this journey has meant to me.
Aveala was built on one mission: to teach people how to thrive, naturally.
To help people feel better in their bodies, so they could feel better doing more of what they love in life. To create a space where healing, education, connection, and a deeper understanding of our bodies could come together.
What started as a vision grew into something so much bigger than a business. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with so many incredible individuals. I've witnessed healing, celebrated progress, shared conversations, laughter, tears, and moments of vulnerability. Many of you became so much more than clients. You became friends, and some truly became like family.
I don't take any of that lightly. Not a single person who walked through my doors, trusted me with their care, or supported this little dream of mine.
There is a lot of emotion in closing this chapter. A business built with my own two hands, years of dedication, countless hours of learning, and a whole lot of heart. But sometimes the most meaningful growth comes from recognizing when it's time to make room for a new season.
My family needs a little more of me right now, and I'm choosing to embrace that season while continuing to grow in the direction my heart has always been drawn.
Although Aveala Wellness is closing its doors, the mission behind it isn't going anywhere. I hope to one day reconnect with many of you in a new capacity as I continue my education and work toward my integrative medicine license.
My passion for helping people understand their bodies, find their way back to feeling well, and truly thrive is still very much alive.
Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your story. Thank you for trusting me, supporting me, referring your loved ones, and believing in what I created. You helped make Aveala what it became, and I will carry those memories with me into whatever comes next.
This isn't goodbye to the mission. Just the closing of one beautiful chapter.
With so much gratitude,
I will truly miss you all!
