Slow & steady. Fitness. Journey. Starting over. First time in years (pre-pandemic) that I've felt comfortable enough to get back in the gym. It's THE BEST feeling! At least 4/5 a week.

Zone 7a-7b. We've been blessed with another good weather week! More time to clean, collect & store up!

Back at it! It's been years now since I've been in a gym...before the pandemic! Feels amazing getting back into a real fitness routine that doesn't involve the house. I get a bike ride in to & from the gym to get things started...then I get my heart rate up on the treadmill for at least 10 minutes.

Zone 7a-7b. This evenings fresh berry pick. Yep...still going! Unbelievable! Almost forgot about them.

Zone 7a. My daughter's VERY first planting season & she knocked it out the park without pesticides, an awesome chemical-free natural manure that I will definitely be using next season IF I can't find it. She even made her own teabags from the mind she grew!! Look at my granddaughter eating the cantaloupe her mommy grew 😋 ❤️ 😍
