An Important Membership Update:
Beginning November 1st, 2026, our Direct Primary Care membership rates for new patients will be:
• Individual membership: $129/month
• Family membership: $249/month for up to 4 family members ages 1 and up
Current Arbor Vitae members will remain at their existing membership rates. This change applies only to new memberships beginning on or after November 1.
Our integrative DPC model is designed to offer something increasingly difficult to find in traditional healthcare: longer, unrushed appointments, direct access to your care team, timely sick visits, preventive care, and a holistic approach that considers the whole person.
This adjustment allows us to preserve the accessibility, time and personalized attention that make this model of care so valuable.
Anyone who enrolls before November 1st may secure our current membership pricing.
