Cue Sam Cooke… 🎶
“There been times that I thought, I couldn’t last for long, But now, I think I’m able To carry on. It’s been a long, A long time coming, but I know A change gon’ come Oh yes, it will” 🎶

Took me essentially ripping my arm off my body for someone to finally listen and get me the right diagnosis and now I’ve built the most incredible team to keep this body moving and bouncing back from these injuries faster and faster each time!

Do you or anyone you love have hEDS??

Plot twist: the scale went UP… and we’re celebrating. 👏💪

This client came to us wanting weight loss—but her body had other work to do first.

Night shift. Poor sleep. Low energy. Then we focused on sleep, recovery, movement and metabolic health.

And look what happened:

🔥 Body fat: 35.4% → 32.9%
💪 Skeletal muscle: +6.6 lbs
✨ Lean mass: +7.1 lbs
🦴 Bone mineral content: +0.4 lbs

Yes, the scale went up. But body fat went down while muscle went WAY up.

Sometimes the scale is the least interesting number in the room. 😉 This is why we track body composition—not just pounds.

Individual results vary. Results depend on individual factors, adherence and starting point.

🌴💧 FRIDAY MORNING VIBES ARE FLOWING AT F45 BRANDYWINE!

I’ll be at F45 Training Brandywine tomorrow morning at 7AM taking care of a few of my existing IV Vibin’ clients… and since I’ll already be there, I figured — why not make room for a few more? 🤙🏼

If you’ve been wanting to try an IV infusion, this is your chance to get your workout in, kick back afterward, and start your Friday feeling hydrated, refreshed, and ready to take on the day. 🌊☀️

And I’ve got a little something extra for my F45 Brandywine crew:

💧 10% OFF your IV infusion
💉 FREE B12 added to your drip

Here’s the important part: If you’re a new IV Vibin’ client, you’ll need to complete a brief medical clearance with one of our Nurse Practitioners before receiving your infusion. There is a $30 one-time clearance exam fee.

Since we’re getting started bright + early at 7AM tomorrow, you need to reach out TODAY so we can get your screening completed and have you cleared and ready to vibe in the morning. 🙌🏼

This is not a walk-in event and space is limited — so if you want in, don’t wait until tomorrow morning!

Every day, vitamins and minerals help support everything from energy metabolism and nerve function to muscles, immune function, and tissue formation.

The takeaway? Those tiny nutrients have some BIG jobs. 🤙🌊

When your sleep tracker finally stops choosing violence 😂🌙

Shannon understood the assignment—and apparently woke up ready for Pilates like it was no big deal. Meanwhile, I’m over here doing a little happy dance. 🌊💃
