Nervous about PRP? This is exactly what happens 🩺

Knowing what to expect takes most of the worry away. There’s a proper chat first, a small blood sample, and most people carry on with their day straight after.

Save this for later, and if you’ve got any questions before booking, my DMs are always open 🤍

Good aesthetics is about so much more than the product being injected. 🤍

Yes, I’ve had filler myself. But when it comes to choosing someone to treat your face, please don’t make price your deciding factor.
The product matters, but so does the person holding the needle!
Look for someone who:
✨ Is appropriately qualified and medically trained.
✨ Has genuine experience and a good understanding of facial anatomy.
✨ Uses reputable, quality products.
✨ Prioritises your safety and understands how to manage complications.
✨ Takes time to assess your face and understands what is right for YOU.
Cheap treatment can sometimes come at a much greater cost in the long run.
You should never feel rushed, pressured or persuaded into treatment. And you should never be made to feel that lumps, bumps or an unnatural result are simply something you have to accept.
Your face deserves expertise, not a bargain.
Choose wisely. Your safety will always be worth investing in. 🤍

When you tell your client to book in advance and they forgot 📞

Every year the same thing. December arrives, phones start ringing, and I have to break the news that my book is full. Collagen boosters take weeks to peak. Peels need recovery time. Even a hydrating facial books out ahead of event season. Don’t be the one calling me in mid-December.

What exactly is a liquid facelift?

A liquid facelift is a term used to describe the use of dermal fillers and/or collagen-stimulating treatments to address some of the changes that occur as we age or following weight loss.

As we age, we naturally lose volume, structural support and skin elasticity. By strategically replacing lost volume and restoring support to key areas of the face, we can improve facial balance, provide lift and create a fresher, more supported appearance.

This beautiful lady wanted to improve her lower face. She felt she had lost volume and was particularly bothered by the appearance of loose, sagging skin.

Following a thorough consultation, we discussed two approaches:

• Collagen stimulators: Working gradually to encourage collagen production, with results developing over time.

• Dermal fillers: Providing immediate structural support and volume restoration, with an instant visible improvement.

After discussing the benefits, limitations and expected results of both options, she decided that dermal filler was the right starting point for her. She wanted that immediate oomph!

And I think we made the right decision.

She trusted the process and, more importantly, trusted me to achieve a natural result. That means choosing the right product, understanding facial anatomy, getting the placement right, knowing when enough is enough and drawing on 17 years of hands-on experience.

It’s not about filling every line or chasing volume. It’s about understanding the underlying structures and treating the face as a whole.

Collagen-stimulating treatments haven’t been ruled out. In fact, they have been recommended as part of her ongoing journey to support skin quality and maintain her results.

It’s all about the process: patience, persistence and having the right treatment plan.

Thank you so much for trusting me, allowing me to be part of your journey towards renewed confidence and, of course, giving me permission to share your story.

My philosophy will always be the same: Enhance, never erase. Refresh, never change who you are. ❤️

The moment I live for 🪞

The look a client gives when she sees her reflection and recognises herself again. Not someone different. Not someone reshaped. Just herself, a little fresher, a little more her. That’s what Radiesse, Lenisna and the collagen boosters I use are really for. Not to change you.

To give you back what time has quietly taken ✨

SKIN CANCER IS ON THE RISE — BUT WE CAN TAKE ACTION. ☀️

This is something I feel really passionate about, both personally and professionally.

As someone who has had basal cell carcinoma (BCC), I know first-hand that the consequences of UV damage are real. And no, it’s not just about premature ageing, wrinkles or pigmentation.

Melanoma is the most serious form of skin cancer, and the numbers are sobering.

📍 More than 20,000 people in the UK were diagnosed with melanoma in 2022.

📍 Around 2,600 people die from melanoma each year — that’s more than 7 people every day.

📍 Nearly 9 out of 10 melanoma cases are linked to excessive UV exposure from the sun and sunbeds.

📍 By 2040, annual cases are projected to reach 26,500.

These figures are from Cancer Research UK, and they deserve our attention.

The good news? We can take steps to reduce our risk.

☀️ Avoid sunbeds.
☀️ Use broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher and reapply regularly.
☀️ Seek shade during the strongest sunshine and cover up.
☀️ Never deliberately burn to get a tan.
☀️ Check your skin and seek medical advice about a new or changing mole, a sore that won’t heal, or a lesion that bleeds.

As someone who works in medical aesthetics, I love helping people look after their skin. But protecting its health must always come first.

Enjoy the sun, but do it safely. Your future skin will thank you. 🤍

Please share this post — it could help someone make a small change that makes a big difference.

The reality of running a clinic in 2026 📱

Nobody tells you when you start in aesthetics that you’ll end up being a content creator too. One minute you’re injecting, the next you’re being handed a microphone and asked to film a reel.
Follow along for more honest moments from the clinic 🤍

✨ INTRODUCING JF SKINCARE ✨

Skincare is more than just a nice moisturiser… it’s about giving your skin the ingredients it needs to look and feel its best. 🤍

As a medical aesthetics nurse, I’ve always believed that great results don’t come from treatments alone. What you do at home, every single day, plays a huge part in your skin health.

I created JF Skincare because I wanted products that reflected my own approach to skin: active ingredients, targeted formulations and a focus on improving skin quality, hydration and protection — without an unnecessarily complicated routine.

My range includes everything from cleansing and hydration to targeted serums and daily SPF, helping you build a routine that works for your skin.

✨ Cleansing. Hydration. Targeted actives. Protection.

Because beautiful skin isn’t just about what we do in the clinic; it’s about how we care for it every day.

And remember, your daily SPF is non-negotiable! ☀️

🤍 JF Skincare — professional skin health, made part of your everyday routine.

If you’re waiting until December to book, you’ve already left it too late 📅

I hear the same thing every year. Clients calling in mid-December wanting their skin looking its best for Christmas parties. And every year I have to have the same conversation about how treatments take time to work. Some need days, some need weeks, some need months.

Swipe for exactly how far ahead you need to book what ✨
