MLD is gentle for a reason. 💧

The lymphatic vessels being targeted sit close to the surface of the skin, so unlike a traditional massage, MLD doesn’t require deep pressure.

Instead, Manual Lymphatic Drainage uses light, slow and rhythmic movements to encourage the natural movement of lymphatic fluid.

So if you’re expecting a deep, intense massage, MLD may surprise you — gentle is intentional. 🤎

Do you suffer from frequent bloating? 😩

Bloating can leave you feeling heavy, uncomfortable and just not quite yourself. Colon hydrotherapy can help support the removal of waste from the colon and may leave some clients feeling lighter and more comfortable afterwards. 🤍

Every body is different, but I love hearing how my clients feel after their treatments.

🚫 3 things NOT to do before a colonic

1️⃣ Don’t eat a heavy meal right before your appointment.
2️⃣ Don’t overdo alcohol or fizzy drinks beforehand.
3️⃣ Don’t panic! 😅 There’s nothing to feel embarrassed about — we’ve got you 🤍

Save this for when you book in for your treatment 📌

Wood Therapy is more than just body contouring 🤍

Using specialised wooden tools and targeted massage techniques, Wood Therapy is designed to support circulation and lymphatic flow while helping to improve the appearance of skin texture and enhance your natural body contours.

It’s a treatment for those wanting to feel good in their body, take some time for themselves and support their body-contouring goals, without the pressure of chasing a “perfect” body 🫶
