What a day we had on Monday!

Our official 5th birthday was a busy one filled with SO much fun! Thank you to all of our lovely patients, old and new, who brought GREAT vibes (and wonderful cake)! 🍰 🥳

It was also fab to have the wonderful Freya, a fourth year chiropractic student, join us to observe the morning shift!👩‍🎓

Let the celebrations continue this week!🎉🎊

🥳💙5 YEARS OF ORKU💙🥳

It’s actually a well known fact that around 60% of small businesses shut within 5 years of opening but these legends are living proof that with a bit of grit and determination you can achieve great things! ✨

A place that was once a dream for two young chiropractors became a reality when they took on an old betting shop. Preciously gutted to its bare walls (see slide 2), ORKU is now a warm and welcoming space filled with a great team and even better patients!🤩

An incredible milestone…here’s to many MANY more years of helping people feeling their best!💪

Congratulations and embarrassing stories about Rhys and Anwen accepted below🤣⬇️

She’s fixed your spine and eased your pain, now poor Anwen won’t work again🩸

I think you’ll agree it’s a chilling scene… but who’s behind this deadly scheme?💉

The killers out there, hiding in plain view👀
Who murdered Anwen? We’re counting on you🕵️

Got a theory? A suspect in sight? Comment, DM or email your guesses- you could be right✉️⬇️

It was great to be able to meet local business owners and members of the community who came to our recent event🤩. Not only did we have a great time chatting over a drink and some nibbles, but covered important topics such as:

📍Who we are and the foundations of what we do
🧍‍♂️Types of posture, musco-skeletal pain and how work might affect this
📖 Tips and practical advice on how to best adapt to working life
🔍 Spine and postural checks

If you’d like any advice on the areas that we covered in our talk, get in touch!💙

Last Friday, we were invited to Starlight, one of the many amazing wards at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children, who were celebrating World Leukaemia Day💫🧡

It was so great to meet so many amazing members of staff and parents of patients who were all given some advice on how best to take care of their spines! 📚

It was such a fantastic event…swipe to see what we got up to➡️

Beautifully decorated ready for a day full of events! 🧡

We couldn’t leave without a picture with Gromit (or a bit of cake!)🐶

The most caring members of staff getting all the advice possible!

A GREAT bake sale (source of cake in video 3) 🍰
