"I'm not sure I'd be any good at Reiki." 🐾

It's one of the most common things people say before learning, so here's the gentle truth: you don't need to be gifted, spiritual or experienced. Reiki Level 1 is simply a way of learning to offer calm, steady, hands-on energy, and most people find it comes more naturally than they expected.

Here's what a Level 1 day with Duncan covers:
🌿 What Reiki is, explained in plain, everyday language
🐶 How to offer a calm, gentle Reiki session to your own dog
✋ Simple hand positions you can practise at home
💙 A little time to look after yourself too, with a small amount of Reiki for people as well

Why learn it for your dog? Because you're already the person they trust most. When you can sit beside them after a noisy evening, a long journey or a stressful day and offer something calming, it changes how you both feel.
