What an incredible evening to celebrate Samhain with a few hours of stretch and sauna treats, away from the seasonal mischief.

Although the mischievous energy waited for me until 11am last night when I broke down on a long and very dark stretch of the A5. 🫣 I’m beyond thankful to a local who came to check on me and helped to move my car on to their driveway.

So that’s a job for today. 🚘

Some of my Oswestry Monday chair yoga group got together and organised food out and invited me too. 🫶💚

I love that people get together outside of class. Community is everything.

The restorative yoga + nidra club happened yesterday. I always love hearing how well people slept after it! It’s like magic but it’s an art + science I’ll have you know…🥰

Next month, Nov 29th 6-8pm, I’ll be replacing Nidra meditation with a crystal bowl sound bath by the talented Kelly Jane Yoga.
