We’re Monica and Scott—husband and wife, healers, and the heart behind Harmonious Hearts Healing. Our story began in 2002, not just with love, but with a deep, shared recognition of pain. After enduring abusive marriages and difficult childhoods, we found one another—and in doing so, found the courage to begin again. United by our mutual desire to heal and transform, we left behind toxic environments and began a new chapter in Colorado. It was here, surrounded by nature and guided by spirit, that our true calling revealed itself. Under the mentorship of a gifted Shaman, we awakened to our purpose and embraced the sacred path of healing. With years of dedication and certification in various modalities—Shamanic Energy Healing, Reiki, spiritual counseling, plant medicine facilitation, and more—we’ve turned our wounds into wisdom and our pain into power. Today, we offer our healing services from a peaceful, private space within our home—a place filled with compassion, calm, and often the soothing presence of our beloved animals. 💜 TUESDAY THOUGHTS — SOMETIMES GROWTH MEANS LETTING GO 💜

Good morning, beautiful souls!

Yesterday, we talked about the lessons life teaches us. Today, I'd love to take that conversation in a slightly different direction.

Have you ever noticed that some of the hardest lessons aren't about learning something new, but about unlearning something we've carried for years?

Maybe it's believing we have to make everyone happy.

Feeling guilty for saying no.

Thinking we have to be strong all the time.

Or holding ourselves to expectations that no longer fit who we're becoming.

Scott and I have learned through our own journeys and the work we do with others that personal growth isn't always about adding more to our lives.

Sometimes it's about giving ourselves permission to put something down.

And that brings me to today's question...

✨ What's ONE thing you've learned you no longer need to carry?

Perhaps it's the need for everyone's approval, the pressure to be perfect, or the belief that taking care of yourself is selfish.

You don't have to share anything deeply personal. Even a few words might encourage someone else who needs to hear them today.

Remember, letting go doesn't mean giving up. Sometimes it means finally choosing yourself.

As we begin another week, Scott and I wanted to open up a little conversation with all of you.

Isn't it interesting how life has a way of teaching us things we never expected to learn?

Sometimes those lessons come through beautiful experiences, wonderful people, and unexpected blessings.

Other times, they come through challenges, changes, and moments that ask us to grow in ways we never imagined.

And somewhere along the way, we begin to see things a little differently.

Maybe we've learned to trust ourselves more, set healthier boundaries, stop worrying about what others think, or simply appreciate the little things we once took for granted.

So here's our Monday question for you...

What's ONE thing life has taught you that you wish you'd understood a little sooner?

It can be something simple, something funny, something meaningful, or just a little wisdom you've picked up along the way.

Have you ever had a feeling about something or someone that you couldn't quite explain?

Maybe you thought about someone you hadn't spoken to in years, and suddenly they called.

Perhaps you walked into a room and immediately felt uncomfortable, even though everything seemed perfectly fine.

Or maybe you had a strong feeling that you should take a different path, make a certain decision, or trust something you couldn't logically explain.

Some call it intuition. Others call it a gut feeling. And some believe it's our inner wisdom trying to get our attention.
