Caitlin has spent over 15 years in the healing arts — as a yoga teacher, massage therapist, and now a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. Her work weaves hypnotherapy, somatic bodywork, and nervous system reeducation, facilitating soul retrieval and shadow work. The effectiveness of her work is cultivated from real time spent with bodies in some of the highest-stress rooms the healing field touches: juvenile detention centers, underserved public schools, and youth programs across Los Angeles, early in her career.
Caitlin’s sessions use clinical hypnotherapy—a blend of physiological, emotional and narrative guidance—to bring material that is being rejected, judged, or repressed to the surface, where it can be met with the light of compassion and loving-kindness. Touch, informed by her CranioSacral and massage training, supports this process.
