Sound Therapy isn't about plush venues and having Instagramable glossy photos.

The practitioner doesn't need to swish about in a long white dress and crystals to be a 'Sound Alchemist'

It's about how deeply relaxed it can make us feel.....even lying on the floor of an office block with the noise of the working day still going on outside.

It's about how to switch off that outside noise and still be able to find a pocket of peace inside of ourselves. Maybe for the first time in years.

It's about allowing our frazzled nervous system to feel safe and calm again. 💚

Sometimes less is more.

It's lovely to offer sessions in stunning surroundings.....but ultimately Sound Therapy is about the frequency not the form it is delivered in ✨ 💓✨

Hello everyone☺️

I am looking for a space to hold my monthly Sound Baths in the Tewkesbury area while my usual venue (Ashchurch Village Hall) is undergoing a refurb later in the year.

I need a quiet and warm space to fit between 16-20 people lying down with good parking and preferably ground level.

If you can recommend a space likely to be available for an evening between 6.30 and 9.30pm please comment below 🥰

I have been running Gong & Sound Bath Meditation sessions in Tewkesbury for over 8 years now and always welcome newcommers as well as my loyal regulars. If you have never tried Sound Bathing before your in for a treat! Please see my website for regular sessions in Malvern, Worcester and Gloucester.

I do have spaces still for this month next Wednesday 9th September , and my last one before Ashchurch Hall closes will probably be Wednesday Oct 14th. Come and try!
