Giulio Bianco aka Mike G Bianco

I was born in the Abruzzo region of Italy - lived in a family property built in the 600's. Alfrescos and mosaics lined the walls and floors. By the age of 6, I started to live in many other countries: Ecuador, Nigeria, Saudí Arabia, Libia, Egypt, Tunisia. I Learned English, Spanish, Arabic and experienced the beauty of many cultures. As a teenager I went back to Italy and studied at the Liceum Of Art. I was exposed to architecture, philosophy, history of arts, chemistry. I started to draw and paint at 15. I then came to the U.S. to continue to educate myself, in communication, music, and in 2003 started my journey with hypnosis under the wings of The New York Society for Ericksonian Psychology and Hypnotherapy, funded by Dr. Sidney Rosen and Rita Sheer. I had extraordinary teachers like B. Liftschitz and J Gross. And I ultimately became a member of the school board. After graduating, I continued to have a thirst for knowledge, so I travelled to California to study under the guidance of Randal Churchill and Cheryl Canfield. I then absorbed knowledge from such masters as Gil Boyne, Ormond Mc Gill and expanded my professional education in regression, F. Pearls Gestalt therapy, dream work, parts therapy. Art has been my hobby, but at the same time one of my tools to help people spiritually and to move faster in therapy. I love to draw portraits and colorful abstracts. In 2004 I bought a home on Vieques Island in the Caribbean and created most of my art there. After hurricane Maria, I volunteered to be a ‘shrink’ with a group of doctors and during that time, grew even more awareness about how much hypnosis and art have in common. How they can impact the human mind and heart in countless ways...

STOP BEGGING FOR VALIDATION FROM PEOPLE WHO CAN BARELY VALIDATE THEIR OWN EXISTENCE.

Another day, another self-appointed life coach telling you to stop seeking validation, stop overextending yourself, stop going the extra mile, and start putting yourself first.

Wonderful. Another genius with a smartphone has discovered the meaning of life.

Here’s a thought from someone who has spent years studying human behavior: Going the extra mile isn’t a psychological disorder. Caring about people isn’t a weakness. Wanting appreciation isn’t a character defect.

Human beings need recognition, affection, connection, and a sense of belonging. That’s human psychology, not some embarrassing personal failure that requires a $299 online course to correct.

The problem begins when you surrender your judgment to people who have appointed themselves experts in living YOUR life.

Sometimes going the extra mile is an expression of love. Sometimes it’s generosity. Sometimes it’s ambition. Sometimes, yes, it’s an unhealthy attempt to earn affection from someone who couldn’t care less.

The difference is WHY you’re doing it, not what some idiot on Instagram calls it.

You don’t need to become selfish to develop self-respect, emotionally unavailable to establish boundaries, or suspicious of everyone to protect yourself.

You need to learn to think.

And perhaps the first exercise in independent thinking should be to stop allowing strangers with ring lights, inspirational music, and absolutely no qualifications to explain your personality to you.

Start counting on yourself. Use your own judgment. Love generously. Learn when to walk away.

Above all, stop confusing social media popularity with intelligence.

A million followers can make someone famous. They cannot make someone wise.

🐒🎙️ BREAKING NEWS: YOU MAY BE A NARCISSIST. PLEASE WAIT SEVEN SECONDS.

Apparently, the internet has discovered a revolutionary new science.

If someone insults you, wait seven seconds.

If someone disagrees with you, they’re toxic.

If someone ignores you, they’re emotionally unavailable.

If someone looks in the mirror, they’re probably a narcissist.

N1. N2. N3. N4. N5.

CHANEL No. 5. 🌹

At least Chanel smells better than the bu****it.

Welcome to the golden age of podcast psychology, where a microphone becomes a medical degree, common sense becomes a masterclass, and every difficult human being becomes a clinical diagnosis.

Real psychological assessment takes knowledge, context, and professional judgment. It isn’t a five-second magic trick performed between advertisements.

WE PUT ALL THE WORLD’S KNOWLEDGE IN OUR POCKETS AND DECIDED TO WATCH AN IDIOT EXPLAIN LIFE INSTEAD.

Fortunately, Pippin has developed a revolutionary diagnostic method.

He sniffs the bu****it. 🐾

🚨 HOW TO SPOT A NARCISSIST IN 30 SECONDS! 🐥🐶

Pippin has just opened his own Life Coaching Academy, and his first client is a baby chick.

Today’s lesson: How to recognize a narcissist in 30 seconds, detect a toxic relationship in 15, and diagnose your entire family before breakfast.

Apparently, that’s what passes for psychological expertise on Instagram these days.

After years of studying human behavior, Pippin has discovered the secret to becoming an internet psychology expert: a camera, a microphone, and absolutely no qualifications. 😂

A personality disorder requires a proper clinical assessment, not a stopwatch and a ring light.

Meanwhile, the chick has already diagnosed Pippin with narcissism because he refused to share his breakfast.

Welcome to the golden age of psychological stupidity. 🐣

🚨🍄 BREAKING NEWS: THE MUSHROOMS HAVE HIRED A CONCIERGE!

Just when I thought the internet had reached peak stupidity, along comes a gentleman wearing enormous white sunglasses, announcing the psychedelic renaissance.

A PSYCHEDELIC CONCIERGE! 😂

Good grief. Does he check you into another dimension? Arrange a first-class trip to Jupiter? Offer complimentary mushrooms with room service?

Apparently, the psychedelic business now comes with certifications, global accreditation, client acquisition tools, and an entire ecosystem of impressive-sounding words.

CLIENT ACQUISITION TOOLS?

Are we treating vulnerable human beings or recruiting customers for a psychedelic travel agency?

Here’s a little inconvenient reality: psychedelic research is a legitimate scientific field. But an impressive certificate, fashionable sunglasses, and a microphone do not establish clinical competence.

Who grants the accreditation? What qualifications does it confer? Who supervises the practitioners? Where is the evidence?

Those questions matter considerably more than the size of someone’s glasses.

And while the internet keeps manufacturing gurus, coaches, healers, pioneers, and now psychedelic concierges, somewhere in New York, an exhausted hypnotist wonders how many people he will have to DEHYPNOTIZE FROM SOCIAL MEDIA BU****IT. 😂

Meanwhile, Pippin has invited our distinguished concierge onto his podcast.

🐒 “I’m a psychedelic concierge!”

🐾 “I can see. You’re stoned!”

🐾 “Darling, you need a psychiatrist!”

🍄😂

THE INTERNET DOESN’T NEED ANOTHER GURU. IT NEEDS A REFUND DEPARTMENT.

🚨 WHAT IF YOUR $129 MIRACLE ENDS IN AN EMERGENCY ROOM?

Imagine I suffer from severe depression. I’ve tried medication, therapy, everything. I’m exhausted, frightened, desperate for relief.

Then Instagram shows me an advertisement.

KETAMINE! 💊

A convenient monthly subscription. A consultation online. Medication delivered to my door.

Wonderful! Apparently, psychiatric medicine has become Amazon Prime.

But here’s the claim that stopped me:

“TREATING THE ROOT CAUSES.”

Really? Which root cause? Depression can involve biological, psychological, social, and medical factors. There is no single established cause that a daily ketamine microdose has been proven to correct.

So where are the randomized controlled trials demonstrating that this particular treatment addresses those underlying causes?

I believe the promises. I sign up. I take the medication.

But what if I experience a serious adverse reaction? What if an underlying psychiatric condition was missed? What if I deteriorate, require hospitalization, or suffer lasting harm?

WHAT IF I DIE?

These are hypothetical outcomes, but the risks of ketamine are not imaginary.

Now tell me: Who evaluated me? Who assessed my medical history? Who monitored my response? Who takes responsibility?

Depression is not a marketing opportunity. Desperation is not informed consent. A prescription is not a subscription-box accessory.

I AM NOT AGAINST MEDICAL RESEARCH. I AM AGAINST SELLING HOPE AS THOUGH IT WERE A GUARANTEED PRODUCT.

Patients receiving powerful psychiatric medications deserve comprehensive evaluation, preferably in person, informed consent, and appropriate medical supervision.

Until advertisers can substantiate their claims and demonstrate adequate safeguards, I believe promotions like these should face serious regulatory scrutiny and restrictions.

The most frightening part?

The people most likely to believe a miracle may be the people least able to withstand another disappointment.

STOP TURNING HUMAN SUFFERING INTO A BUSINESS MODEL.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS: DEPRESSION NOW COMES WITH A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION! 💊💰💩

Welcome to THE PIPPIN PODCAST™, where today’s guest is Ms. Ketamine, the glamorous queen of psychiatric marketing.

Only $129 a month, darling! Apparently, even despair has a payment plan.

Welcome to the new Wild West of mental health, where a slick advertisement can make a powerful psychoactive drug look like a Netflix subscription.

Feeling depressed? Anxious? Desperate?

DON’T WORRY! The internet has a miracle waiting for your credit card. 💳

Now for the inconvenient SCIENCE.

Ketamine has legitimate medical applications, but the evidence for daily, very-low-dose compounded ketamine for depression remains limited. Psilocybin is still investigational for psychiatric treatment in the United States.

Neuroplasticity is real. Promising to “rewrite your brain” as though it were a defective computer is another matter entirely.

Symptom relief is not proof that you’ve treated the root cause of someone’s suffering.

Depression is not a personality quiz. Anxiety is not a shopping preference. Vulnerable patients deserve comprehensive clinical assessment, informed consent, and appropriate medical supervision—not a seductive sales pitch.

And please, spare us the miracle testimonials. Anecdotes are not controlled clinical trials.

The problem isn’t scientific research.

THE PROBLEM IS WHEN MARKETING STARTS DRESSING UP AS MEDICINE.

We used to have snake-oil salesmen traveling from town to town. Now they have ring lights, subscription plans, and excellent Wi-Fi. 🐍📱

Ms. Ketamine, darling, before you promise to fix someone’s brain, perhaps you could show us the evidence.

Pippin has only one question:

“Are you treating depression, or treating your bank account?” 🐾😂

YOU’RE A NARCISSIST! YOUR EX IS A NARCISSIST! EVEN YOUR GRANDMOTHER IS A NARCISSIST! 🍌😂

Welcome to THE PIPPIN PODCAST™, where the monkey has a microphone, a certificate, and apparently the ability to diagnose humanity in thirty seconds.

WHAT A BUSINESS! 💰

Take a little common sense, borrow some wisdom from Socrates, Marcus Aurelius, the Bible, the Torah, the Quran, or your grandmother, sprinkle in psychological jargon, and congratulations! You’re an internet guru.

Apparently, there are now dozens of online experts teaching people how to identify—or even diagnose—personality disorders from a few conversations, a short video, or one uncomfortable relationship.

Laughable? Yes.

Harmless? Not necessarily.

Recognizing troubling behavior is not the same as diagnosing a psychiatric condition.

Even experienced clinicians must consider context, history, diagnostic criteria, and the limitations of psychological assessments. A catchy clip is not a clinical evaluation, and confidence is not competence.

Yet social media has become a modern labeling machine, where millions are encouraged to classify their friends, partners, parents, and colleagues after watching a thirty-second video.

History should have taught us something about the dangers of accusing people without evidence.

Yesterday, witches. Today, narcissists. Tomorrow, YOU.

The problem isn’t that people are learning about psychology. The problem is confusing suspicion with scientific certainty—and turning complicated human behavior into a profitable personality quiz.

Before trusting another self-appointed expert, ask whether you’re receiving education, entertainment, or a diagnosis disguised as a sales pitch.

As for Pippin, he has a question for the distinguished monkey:

🐾 “You can diagnose a narcissist in thirty seconds?”

🐒 “Absolutely!”

🐾 “Ha! I can diagnose bad advice even faster!”

😂🍌

Follow The Pippin Podcast™ for psychology without the witch hunts, common sense without the expensive certificates, and a little dog who refuses to swallow bu****it.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS: EVERYBODY’S A NARCISSIST! EVEN YOUR GOLDFISH! 🐟🍌

Welcome to THE PIPPIN PODCAST™, where a former lawyer turned monkey explains how to diagnose your ex, your mother, your neighbor, and possibly your refrigerator.

All for a modest fee, naturally. 😂

Social media has discovered a magnificent business model: take a little common sense, borrow a few ideas from ancient philosophy, sprinkle in psychological jargon, invent a certificate, and start charging!

Suddenly, every disagreement is abuse, every selfish person is a narcissist, and every broken relationship requires an internet expert.

Since when did pointing a finger become a clinical diagnosis?

Even qualified psychologists can make mistakes. Proper assessment requires evidence, context, professional judgment, and an understanding of diagnostic limitations.

Yet the internet has resurrected something disturbingly familiar: THE WITCH HUNT.

Yesterday, witches. Today, narcissists.

Different centuries. Similar dangers of accusation without evidence.

We should be particularly skeptical of anyone who makes a career out of publicly diagnosing people they’ve never evaluated.

Before buying their wisdom, ask a few questions: What are their qualifications? What evidence supports their claims? Are they educating you or selling you someone to blame?

Perhaps the person pointing fingers deserves a few difficult questions themselves.

As for Pippin, he has one:

“Certified by who? The Banana Republic?” 🍌🐾
